Our Counseling Rates and Accepted Payment:

Initial assessment - 60 min: $140

Individual Counseling - 50 min: $125

Family/Couples Counseling - 60 min: $140
Payment is expected in full at time of service.
We accept Cash, Check, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. For other clients, we will be happy to provide you with a receipt that you may use to submit for insurance reimbursement if desired.
Insurance:
All therapists are all currently in network with commercial Anthem BCBS, and United Healthcare plans. We are not in network with Medicare, Medicaid, HIP or Hoosier Healthwise plans. We are also not in network with third party behavioral health plans such as Beacon or PsychCom.
Family or Couples therapy is often not covered by insurance, please verify coverage with your provider.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, coverage for psychotherapy (including telehealth) varies. Please know your deductible conditions on your policy, including coverage for out of network providers.
Cancellation Policy:
Your time with us is valued and prioritized, therefore if you need to cancel, please do within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be charged $75 for a late cancellation/missed appointment.
